Internal Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement
We have conducted internal and special committee investigations concerning (among other issues) accounting matters, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, alleged improper sales practices and auction rate securities, and have represented persons and entities involved in government investigations, including (most recently) SEC and New York State Attorney General proceedings.
