We are pleased to announce that Kathleen Telfer, formerly associated with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, has joined DPK as an associate. Kathleen’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial and securities matters, as well as internal and government investigations.

Before joining Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky, Kathleen was a litigation associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law and was awarded the Allan Morrow Sexuality and Gender Law Prize. Kathleen also holds a B.F.A. from the University of Michigan.
