On December 4, the New York City Bar Association hosted its 14th annual Thomas E. Dewey Medal Presentation. Medals are awarded to outstanding assistant district attorneys in each of the district attorney’s offices within New York City and the Office of Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York. This year’s winners were: Raymond Valerio, Bronx County; Howard Jackson, Kings County; Audrey Moore, New York County; James Evangelou (posthumous), Queens County; Thomas Ridges, Richmond County; and Bernice Ordoñez, Special Narcotics.
