Ed’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, and matters arising in the financial services industry. He has represented institutional and individual clients in federal and state courts and before arbitral bodies, handling matters involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty, securities-related claims, and trademark disputes. Ed’s experience includes trial and arbitration proceedings, as well as oral argument in federal court, and strategic analysis contributing to a successful emergency injunctive relief application in an international trademark dispute.
Ed started his career as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law. Ed earned his B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
