Edward's litigation practice focuses on complex commercial and securities matters, as well as internal and government investigations.
Before joining Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky, Edward began his career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Edward received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law. He received his B.S. magna cum laude from Georgetown University.
