Danny Shternfeld is a litigator whose practice focuses on commercial and employment litigation. He has broad experience in state and federal courts, as well as in AAA and FINRA arbitrations. He has successfully represented clients in disputes involving partnership issues, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, theft of confidential information and trade secrets, and various business torts, as well as in internal investigations concerning alleged federal and state securities law violations.
Danny joined Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky LLP in October 2011. Before joining the firm, Danny served as a law clerk to the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He had previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra L. Townes of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Prior to his clerkships, Danny worked as a litigation associate at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where his practice focused on complex commercial contract, white-collar criminal investigation, real estate, and bankruptcy matters.
Danny received his J.D. cum laude in 2008 from Cardozo School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. cum laude from Binghamton University.
