We are pleased to announce that Alice E. Backer has joined the firm as an attorney. Alice began her legal career at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae where she was a commercial litigation associate. Alice then served as counsel to various financial institutions, performing internal audits and responses on behalf of corporate and financial clients to transnational government actions, including HSR Antitrust Improvement Act filings and Securities Exchange Act-related subpoenas.
