Intellectual property litigation and counseling has been a core area of practice for our firm from the beginning. Our IP team is led by the former General Counsel of an internet and technology company, and we have intimate knowledge of legal and business challenges that technology and other IP-focused companies face. We regularly handle copyright disputes, as well as trade secret and trademark matters, and have litigated patent cases as well.
Our firm has many links to the technology and venture capital communities in New York and the Northeast. Our lawyers frequently speak and write about technology law, including in a recurring column in The New York Law Journal. Given our first-hand industry experience, we also have a deep appreciation for how IP issues fit into the larger financial and regulatory landscape that technology companies must navigate.
