			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left">Chi-Ru Jou joined Dewey Pegno &amp; Kramarsky as a litigation associate in September 2009.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Dewey Pegno &amp; Kramarsky, Chi-Ru worked as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton &amp; Garrison LLP, where her practice included complex commercial and securities litigation, as well as white collar matters.  Before joining Paul, Weiss, Ms. Jou served as a law clerk for the Honorable Alan E. Norris of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. </p>
<p>Chi-Ru received her J.D. in 2005 from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.</p>
<p>Chi-Ru has a D.M.A in Piano Performance, with honors, from The Juilliard School, as well as an M.A. in Music Theory, with honors, from Yale University.  She received her A.B. <em>magna cum laude</em> in Philosophy from Harvard College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  Before attending law school, Ms. Jou was a concert pianist and teaching fellow at Julliard and the Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Jonathan received his J.D. <em>cum laude</em> from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004, where he was an Editor of the <em>Seton Hall Law Review</em> and President of the Student Bar Association.</p>
