Before joining the firm, Daniel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He had previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra L. Townes of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Prior to his clerkships, Daniel worked as a litigation associate at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., where his practice focused on complex commercial contract, white-collar criminal investigation, real estate and bankruptcy matters.

Daniel received his J.D. cum laude in 2008 from Cardozo School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif.  He received his B.A. cum laude from Binghamton University.

Before joining Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky, Adam, a member of the New York bar, worked as a litigation associate at Debevoise & Plimpton.  At Debevoise, his practice included complex securities and insurance litigation, as well as white collar matters.

Adam received his J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School, where he was an Editor of the Cornell Law Review.  Before attending law school, Adam managed educational publications for Scholastic Inc.

Adam received his B.A. in English from Rice University.

Before joining Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky, David worked as a litigation associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where his practice focused on complex commercial and securities litigation matters, as well as antitrust and insurance coverage actions. 

David received his J.D. in 2006 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Articles Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal.

David received his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his B.A. with honors in American History from Boston University.

Prior to joining Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky, Chi-Ru worked as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where her practice included complex commercial and securities litigation, as well as white collar matters.  Before joining Paul, Weiss, Ms. Jou served as a law clerk for the Honorable Alan E. Norris of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. 

Chi-Ru received her J.D. in 2005 from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Chi-Ru has a D.M.A in Piano Performance, with honors, from The Juilliard School, as well as an M.A. in Music Theory, with honors, from Yale University.  She received her A.B. magna cum laude in Philosophy from Harvard College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  Before attending law school, Ms. Jou was a concert pianist and teaching fellow at Julliard and the Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

Prior to joining Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky, Kara worked in the litigation department of Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP, where her experience included complex commercial litigation and securities matters.

Kara received her J.D. in 2006 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she was a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.

Kara received her M.B.A. with honors in Finance at Washington State University in 2001, and her A.B in English from the University of Chicago in 1997.

Prior to joining Dewey Pegno & Kramarsky, Wendy worked as a litigation associate at Jones Day, where her practice included commercial litigation and securities matters, as well as product liability and mass tort litigation.

Wendy received her J.D. magna cum laude in 2004 from the Fordham University School of Law where she was a Senior Editor of the Fordham Moot Court Board, and competed in national and regional moot court competitions. She was also a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.

Wendy received her B.A. with honors in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers College in 2001.
